What types of events do you cater to?
Our tap truck has all your event needs covered, from weddings, birthday parties, hens and bucks parties, festivals, fundraisers, corporate events, photo shoots or any other excuse to party that you can think of.
Do you have a liquor licence?
We are fully licenced, however, for events in a park or public place, it is your responsibility to take care of any bookings or required permits/applications.
How far are you willing to travel for an event?
We are based in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria, but we love a road trip and we are happy to travel! Travel within 50kms is included with all bookings, however, beyond this will incur a travel fee. If you are further than 50kms away, please contact us for a quote.

Tap Truck Logistics:
How much space does the tap truck require?
The dimensions of our tap truck is 2.5m Tall x 2m Wide x 5.5m Long.
We need space to drive or reverse our tap truck into place and an area of flat ground, bigger than the dimensions above to set up. Both sides of the truck open up – the beer taps (serving side) is located on the driver’s side, and the other side is accessed by bar staff and is where the kegs are loaded into the truck.
Do you need access to electricity?
Yes. We can plug into any power outlet via an extension lead or we can run off a generator if needed but this is an additional cost. Please advise at the time of booking if you require a generator.
Do you need access to water?
Yes, ideally. We use water for our beer tap chillers, washing glassware, water station and coffee and tea station. However, if this isn’t possible, we can bring in the water we need.
How long does it take to set up and pack down the tap truck?
We always like to allow ample time to make sure everything is set and ready to go before your event. Generally, 1-1.5 hours is plenty of time to get set-up, and where possible, we can even set up the day before the event, to make sure your day is stress-free.
It generally takes about 1 hour to pack down at the end of service.
Beverage Selection:
Can I customise the drink selection for my event?
Yes. We can fully tailor the drinks selection for every event and will work with you to design the perfect bespoke drinks menu to suit your guests – with our 8 tap keg system, the possibilities are endless!
If you are unsure where to start, we have plenty of recommendations based on what we have found to be popular choices with our customers.
Options include:
Alcoholic: beer, cider, wine, champagne, kegged cocktails
Non-alcoholic: water, juice, mocktails, soft drinks and tea & coffee.
Do you offer different beverage packages?
No Frills Dry Hire
For those that like to DIY! The Dry Hire includes just the tap truck, without drinks, glassware or staff. We deliver, set up and pack down the tuck and provide beer gas to operate the keg taps. We do require a damage deposit, which is refundable upon return.
Cash Bar / ‘Happy Hour’ Bar Tab
Offer a full bar experience to your guests, with the choice to put down a bar tab for the first hour or two of your event and then turn it into a cash bar, or simply have guests pay for drinks as you go. A minimum spend applies to cash bar bookings.
Let the good times roll – Beer, cider, wine and bubbles
We take care of everything! Includes our unique fully licensed tap truck, experienced RSA qualified bar staff, busboys/busgirls to take care of the empties and the washing up, glassware, wine buckets and ice, and water station.
OPTIONAL ADD ONS:
Kegged cocktails
Take your event to the next level with cocktails on tap. Think espresso martinis poured using our nitro tap, a classic margarita or pink gin fizz! Our cocktails are pre-batched and ready to be poured, garnished, and served, it’s that easy.
Champagne Tower
Make your toast unforgettable with an elegant and fun champagne tower. It also makes for a memorable photo opportunity. Includes crystal cut champagne coupes, 4 tiers (30 glasses) and a large tray to hold glasses/catch the drips.
Tea and Coffee Package
Add on our tea and coffee package. Includes a self-serve tea and coffee station equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee pods, kettle, a range of teas, full cream milk and oat milk.
Do I need to hire a cool room?
No. Our tap system includes not one, but two ice banks, that work by pulling ambient temperature beer through a coil inside the ice bank, delivering perfectly chilled beer all night long.
Additional Considerations:
Can we decorate the tap truck to match our event theme?
We are more than happy for you to decorate the tap truck with your own décor, props or florals to suit your event theme.
What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my event?
We still show up and provide our normal outstanding service in rain, hail or shine. We cannot offer refunds due to bad weather. We are able to provide a mobile gazebo 3m x 6m if required, to provide shelter over the bar service area.
Do you offer table service / roaming tray service?
We prefer to serve straight from the tap truck, however, we understand that people have different needs. Table service or roaming tray service requires additional Bar Staff, so if this is something you require please let us know and we can provide a quote.
